We are always excited about new radiomakers - and train you in radio production!
As a community radio, we are open to everyone:
All interested persons can design their own program, individually or as a group and in the language of their choice. They must adhere however to the LoRa principles of no racism, no sexism, and no commercial advertising.
All new radio makers will be trained in radio production. There are free slots at different times of the day or night, in different regularity either once a week, every two weeks, or once a month.
How does it work?
- Apply for LoRa membership and register with us for the "Basic Course on Radio Journalism" (Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! Zur Anzeige muss JavaScript eingeschaltet sein!). In this 4-day course , together with our partner the radio school Klipp&Klang, you will learn to produce a program directly in the LoRa studios. The course provides the technical know-how in the studio and also basic training in radio journalism.
We offer it four times a year. The course fee is CHF 180.- for LoRa members and CHF 360.- for non-members. - Submit a broadcasting concept. This is discussed in the Broadcasting Commission (SK). If your broadcast concept is tentatively approved by the SK, you will be asked to produce a demo broadcast. After a feedback-process and a heads-up from the SK, a suitable slot will be searched for you. After a three-month probationary period, your program will be included in the regular LoRa program.
Now you are ready to start: your voice on 97.5 MHz!
